Painted Products

Our goal at DCD Motorsport is to provide the greatest quality vehicle accessories to our customers, In doing so we do offer such services as painting prior to dispatch. We work closely with our authorised Volkswagen Body shop to ensure quality results on all of your painted items at an affordable price.

Lead time when purchasing a painted item via our website is estimated to be 3/4 Weeks from the date of purchase unless otherwise informed.

Due to this being an online service all products will be painted to the Volkswagen approved basic shade using the paint code provided. In doing so we have 99% chance of the paint being perfect but please note without using a paint spectrophotometer it may differ slightly.

After receiving your new painted product we strongly advise you to check it over and compare it against car before fitting it. As if the product is fitted we are unable to provide a refund.

All Imperfection/Defects/Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your new item. If not we are unable to refund/partially refund your order.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Process

Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions, DCD Motorsport must be informed by e-mail of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 14 calendar days commencing the day of delivery.

- Parts that have been used, fitted or installed will NOT be accepted for Credit or Refund.

- Any damages/Imperfections must be reported to ourselves via email within 24hours of receiving your new item, If not reported we will be unable to refund/Credit your order.

- We will not under any circumstances pay any VAT/Import Duties on returns.

If we are requested to do so your return will be rejected/abandoned.

Orders that have been supplied correctly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
-Within 14 days from the day of delivery.

- Goods can be returned for a full refund of goods/Credit and outgoing delivery charge.
- We do not cover returns postage back to us.
- After 14 days from the day of delivery the item can be returned but with a 20% handling charge which will be deducted off your credit/Refund.

The initial delivery charge & return delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
- After 28 days from the day of delivery goods are not accepted back for refund.

Orders that have been supplied incorrectly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:

-Within 28 days from the day of delivery, Goods can be accepted back for full refund, refund for initial shipping and refund for return shipping.
- If goods are not in re-saleable condition e.g fitted/test fitted, original packaging not present, covered in grease/lube etc, supplied correctly or incorrectly we will not accept for a refund.

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
